Terms of Service

Bookr offers the following monthly subscription plans:

Plan features and inclusions are described on our pricing page at get-bookr.com/pricing and are subject to change with 30 days written notice.

All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card charge occurs during the trial period. Following the trial, your subscription begins automatically at your selected plan rate unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date. All fees are charged in US dollars.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

If payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment for up to 7 days. If payment cannot be collected, your account may be suspended. You remain responsible for all unpaid fees.

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, plan downgrades, or unused service time. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact hello@get-bookr.com within 30 days of the charge.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings at get-bookr.com/settings or by contacting hello@get-bookr.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of your paid billing period. After that date, your account and all associated data may be permanently deleted after 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a manner that could harm other users or third parties.

You may use the Service solely for lawful outreach to prospective patients of your licensed medical spa or aesthetic clinic business.

You agree not to use the Service to:

You acknowledge that all outreach campaigns conducted through the Service must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Bookr includes unsubscribe mechanisms in all outreach emails by default. You agree not to disable or circumvent these mechanisms.

You acknowledge that the Service is not a HIPAA Business Associate and is not designed to store, process, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. You agree not to upload or provide any PHI to the Service. Patient contact information used for outreach must be limited to name and email address only.

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including your patient contact lists and business information. By uploading data to the Service, you grant Bookr a limited license to use that data solely to provide the Service.

You represent and warrant that any contact lists or data you upload to the Service were lawfully obtained and that you have the right to use such data for marketing communications.

Our Privacy Policy, available at get-bookr.com/privacy, describes how we collect, use, and protect your data and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Upon account termination, we will retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request export of your data during this period by contacting hello@get-bookr.com.

Bookr provides outreach and automation tools to facilitate patient acquisition. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, replies, appointments, or revenue outcomes. Results vary significantly based on market conditions, geographic location, services offered, pricing, and other factors outside our control.

Any statistics or results referenced on our website (including "average appointments added" or "average ROI") represent historical averages across clients and are not guarantees of future performance for any individual client.

Your results depend in part on your responsiveness to leads, the quality of your services, your pricing competitiveness, and your ability to convert inquiries into booked appointments. Bookr is not responsible for outcomes related to factors within your control.

The Service, including all software, algorithms, AI models, content, branding, and documentation, is owned by Stone Call LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Email sequences and other content generated by our AI on your behalf become your property upon generation. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it is sent to prospective patients.

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, we may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, conducted in Oakland County, Michigan.

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stone Call LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, or strikes.
